Terms of Service

Bridge availability
Bridge exchanges are provided by ChangeNOW and deliver native XRP to your verified Mainnet wallet. Quotes use standard floating rates; final output can change. Provider and partner pricing is included in the quote, with no separate XRPFrontend Bridge fee payment. ChangeNOW eligibility, account, identity verification, regional restrictions and refund terms apply. Deposits go to provider instructions, not XRPFrontend. Keep your exchange ID and never repeat a deposit because of a delay.
Paid tip-button activation
Accept XRP tips is off by default. Each activation costs a nonrefundable 1 XRP payment to rDRqy6rzRbrnaxV9dh6NodP5ZMqGyGX8Ey plus the XRPL network fee. The 1 XRP is sent permanently in exchange for enabling the public tip button; it is not a deposit or an XRPL burn. Turning tips off ends that activation without refund. Re-enabling requires a new 1 XRP purchase even if you paid before. Activation requires a successful validated payment matching your wallet and the unique activation memo. If interrupted, verify the existing payment hash rather than paying again. Visitors’ tips go directly to your receiving wallet. Non-waivable consumer rights remain applicable.
Accounting exports and tax responsibilities
Accounting tools organize public ledger evidence and your own classifications. They do not calculate tax, cost basis, capital gains, sales tax or VAT, file returns, or issue official tax forms. Node history may be incomplete. Ledger close time is separate from verification time; an invoice or wallet movement is not automatically taxable revenue. User-entered fiat values need supporting sources. Mainnet and Testnet records must remain separate. Download and securely retain work files, supporting invoices and independent records; saved XRPFrontend annotations are private database records, while exported work files are unencrypted and must be kept securely. Detailed CSV preserves your optional fields. Koinly Universal CSV contains user-reviewed movements; the receiving software may infer its own treatment. Review and reconcile imported results. Confirmations record your choices and can be edited later. Obtain qualified advice for your jurisdiction and activity. Neither this notice nor the software removes statutory reporting obligations of the operator or users.
About these terms
Updated October 11, 2026. XRPFrontend is operated from Texas, United States. Contact admin@xrpfrontend.com with questions. Review these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet or use transaction features.
Service scope
The site displays public XRPL accounts, tokens, NFTs and market information, and prepares XRP and issued-token payments, escrow, checks, trust-line changes, account settings, token issuance, NFT operations and supported DEX trades for your approval. It also stores verified-wallet invoices, profiles and private annotations, and offers paid usernames and tip-button activation. It does not provide a custodial balance, banking, insurance, investment management, legal or tax advice, or a guarantee of any counterparty’s identity. Describing the software this way does not establish an exemption from applicable regulation.
Your authority and responsibilities
Use only wallets and accounts you are authorized to control. You must be legally able to use the service and comply with applicable laws. Verify the website, network, transaction type, full recipient address, amount, tag, memo, fee and timing before signing. Keep your device, wallet software and backups secure. Never provide your recovery phrase to the site or support.
Finality, errors and fees
Username registration: 5 XRP. XRP-related swaps: 0.5% of the XRP trade ceiling when spending XRP, or XRP output before fees when receiving XRP. XRP-priced NFT purchases by accepting a sell offer: 0.5% of that offer price. An entered XRP swap budget includes the platform fee: the trade ceiling plus this fee cannot exceed the entered amount. The XRPL network fee is separate. The receive target is set 1% below the current market estimate to allow price movement without raising the spending ceiling; execution may spend less than the cap. Trade fees round up to 0.000002 XRP, allowing an exact 50% affiliate share in whole drops. The trade and platform payment execute in one all-or-nothing Batch; network fees can still be consumed on failure. Token-to-token swaps, NFT listings and accepting buy bids have no platform fee. Network fees, reserves, issuer charges and creator royalties are separate. Tip activation costs 1 XRP with no affiliate commission. Token creation and NFT minting have no platform fee or affiliate commission. Network fees and reserves still apply. Previews are free. The platform fee-receiving wallet must use a different wallet for fee-bearing trades because it cannot pay itself. The connected Mainnet node must confirm Batch activation and the wallet must support signing the complete Batch. Reconcile a saved hash before retrying.
Username registration
A username is a public XRPFrontend directory entry linked to a verified Mainnet classic address; it is not a native XRP Ledger name or ownership of a domain. Registration requires a validated payment delivering exactly 5 XRP from the verified wallet to rDRqy6rzRbrnaxV9dh6NodP5ZMqGyGX8Ey with the reservation memo shown before signing. The 5 XRP is a nonrefundable purchase sent permanently to the recipient for registration, not a deposit. The wallet pays the separate network fee. One registration is allowed per wallet and names cannot currently be changed. A reservation expires after 24 hours. If the payment is submitted but the site does not finish registration, keep the transaction hash, use the Verify payment action, and contact admin@xrpfrontend.com before making another payment. A sent payment does not automatically guarantee a username if its required fields are wrong or its reservation expires; contact support with the hash so the case can be reviewed.
Affiliate revenue sharing
Affiliates earn 50% of eligible platform fees during the limited-time launch offer. The share is planned to move to 25% in the future. Affiliate rates and program terms are subject to change; changes will be announced before activation and previously recorded earnings keep their amounts. Confirmed affiliate payout totals are public in the Paid Out leaderboard, identified by registered username or shortened wallet address. Pending earnings, private referral records and the owner payout queue are not published. The current 50% share applies to successfully collected eligible XRPFrontend fees for attributed wallets: 2.5 XRP per username registration, half the 0.5% XRP-related swap fee, and half the 0.5% XRP NFT purchase fee. Pending or failed transactions earn nothing. Token-to-token swaps, NFT listings, accepting buy bids, tips and liquidity activity do not qualify. Customers never pay the affiliate separately. Automatic payouts send the recorded affiliate commission directly from XRPFrontend’s fee-receiving wallet after the eligible platform fee is independently verified in a validated ledger. There is no payout minimum or claim step, and XRPFrontend pays the outbound network fee without deducting it from the commission. The affiliate payment is a separate backend transaction; the customer’s existing Batch is unchanged. The dashboard shows when payment is queued, confirming, delayed or received. Each receipt identifies the activity (swap, NFT purchase or username), original transaction, collected fee, recorded share, recipient, payout hash, network fee and timestamps. Public payout memos identify the activity, fee, commission and receipt reference. Persisted signed transactions are reconciled and retried without creating duplicate payouts. Funding shortages, recipient restrictions and unavailable ledger history can delay payment while earnings remain owed. Affiliate enrollment requires a registered username and verified wallet. Qualifying usernames, XRP-related swaps and XRP NFT purchases accrue the recorded 50% share. First valid wallet attribution is retained; self-referrals and duplicate receipts are excluded. You are responsible for applicable taxes and must not make misleading earnings claims. Previously earned liabilities retain their recorded amounts. The dashboard displays payment settlement and any recovery delays. Non-waivable rights remain applicable.
Escrows and checks
Escrow creation locks the amount. Release and cancellation require separate eligible transactions; the website does not automatically finish them. Timers shown by the browser are informational; ledger time and conditions govern. Conditional escrows require valid fulfillment. A check authorizes collection but does not lock funds; insufficient funds or other ledger rules can prevent cashing. Only the designated recipient can cash a check. A check or escrow is not a consumer purchase-protection service.
Invoices and records
An invoice is an unsigned payment request, not proof of identity, delivery, payment or a legally compliant tax invoice. A shared link identifies a server-held XRPFrontend invoice, but a copied link, PDF, or displayed request does not prove the sender’s identity or the underlying sale. Verify the full recipient address, amount, network, tag, public memo, and InvoiceID through a trusted channel and in the signing wallet. Saved XRPFrontend invoice records belong to the verified receiving wallet; they are not a substitute for independent accounting records. Status matching requires a validated ledger payment with exact fields and is not audited accounting or a guarantee that an unpaid label means no payment occurred. Check the actual validated transaction and keep your own records.
Issued tokens and NFTs
Token creation uses an issuer wallet and a separate distribution wallet with a trust line. Token creation and NFT minting remain paused pending feature and wallet-signing verification; neither carries an XRPFrontend creation fee or affiliate commission. Issuing a token does not create liquidity, market value or a promise to buyers. NFT minting records a URI on the XRPL; you are responsible for keeping artwork and metadata available at a public host and for having rights to publish them. Other marketplaces may read a compatible public XRPL offer, but cross-market discovery and sale are not guaranteed. Indexed prices, artwork, metadata, attributes and sale histories may lag or be incomplete. Supported Mainnet trust-line token trades use ledger order books or payment paths, which may use AMM liquidity. Previewed prices are indicative; a quote is not a guaranteed fill. A missing trust line can be created by a successful supported DEX purchase and can increase reserve requirements. Review the source asset, exact currency and issuer, amount, maximum spend and network fee. Swap previews do not charge fees. XRP-related swaps use an all-or-nothing Batch with the disclosed 0.5% platform fee. Pool-management controls are subject to the available interface and wallet support. MPT trading is not enabled in this release.
Market data and provider terms
XRPL.to indexed token/NFT data is read through its documented API with visible provider attribution. XRPFrontend forwards market reads for its own interface but does not offer a supported external market-data integration API or persistent provider dataset. Temporary session reads may be reused to reduce duplicate calls. Provider cooldowns must be respected; do not use alternate routes, repeated requests or changed credentials to bypass them. Prices, collection statistics, histories and artwork are informational and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Check executable offers and ownership on the validated ledger before signing. A provider listing, token logo or search rank is not an endorsement or a guarantee of authenticity, liquidity or value. Provider access remains subject to its own terms, including permission requirements for redistribution.
DEX and tokenized-asset risks
Tokens with similar names are different assets when their issuers differ. Stablecoin, stock, commodity and other asset labels do not establish backing, redemption rights, price stability or ownership of underlying property. Examine the issuer’s independent documentation, eligibility restrictions, freeze/clawback settings and actual redemption terms. Market liquidity can disappear; issuer restrictions, transfer fees, price changes and thin markets can affect execution. Token creation or a listing on this site does not establish that an offering is lawful. Users and issuers remain responsible for applicable requirements; this site does not certify securities status, regulatory permission or licensing exemptions.
Paused and future features
The Developer area and its console, converters, faucet page and TOML generator are temporarily unavailable. Public profile integration APIs remain paused. Ordinary public profiles, PayString and wallet-approved transaction features remain available as described. XRP-related swaps and XRP-priced NFT purchases use Batch for their disclosed platform fees. Affiliate commissions are paid automatically after verified fee receipt, with no minimum and no claim step. Availability of a ledger amendment does not automatically enable it in XRPFrontend; support, wallet review and any new fees require a separately tested and disclosed update.
Wallets and networks
Xaman, CROSSMARK, Ledger devices, public nodes, hosting, explorers and faucets are third-party services with their own availability and terms. Universal device/firmware compatibility is not promised. Testnet assets have no monetary value and can be reset. Temporary test-wallet keys exist only in tab memory; loss of the tab may make the test account inaccessible. Never send Mainnet assets to a temporary test address.
Donations
Donations are voluntary separate Mainnet XRP payments to rDRqy6rzRbrnaxV9dh6NodP5ZMqGyGX8Ey. They do not purchase support, investment returns, priority access or ownership. No charitable status or tax deductibility is claimed. Verify the destination before signing. The site cannot reverse a donation; contact support about a mistake without any promise of recovery.
Prohibited use and third-party rights
Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized account access, unlawful transfers, deceptive invoices or interference with other users. Do not impersonate the operator or exploit vulnerabilities against users. Report suspected issues privately to support without exposing funds or personal data. Product names and third-party libraries remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses; this service does not imply third-party certification, endorsement or a provider partnership. You must hold the rights to publish profile images, metadata and other content; do not upload illegal, exploitative, infringing or impersonating material. Wallet verification demonstrates control of an address, not a person’s legal identity. The operator may restrict abusive service-held content or access where appropriate; it cannot erase ledger records or content hosted elsewhere.
Availability and risk allocation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free software, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or immunity from attack. You bear ordinary blockchain, market, wallet and counterparty risks associated with your choices. No term excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that law does not permit excluding, including fraud or other non-excludable conduct. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a class action.
Disputes and updates
Contact admin@xrpfrontend.com first about concerns. Texas and applicable United States law apply where permitted, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. No exclusive court venue is specified here. Material changes should be disclosed before they apply to future use, rather than silently rewriting prior transactions. Stopping use or changing service availability cannot reverse existing ledger transactions.
