Transaction export desk
Open Tools → Accounting to inspect activity for the wallet selected in the wallet menu, without signing. Accounting uses the same selected wallet and network as the wallet workspace. The old /accounting address redirects here. Load one wallet at a time, choose a UTC period, and narrow the table by transaction type, review status, category or your record search. Desktop shows a filter rail beside the transaction table. On mobile use Filters; transaction cards show the main changes without horizontal scrolling.
Each matching transaction appears once. The table’s net asset changes include that wallet’s recorded network fee; expand Details to inspect and edit the original principal, fee and operation rows separately. Different token issuers remain distinct. Filters match accounting rows but show the full loaded effects of each matching transaction. Issuer transfer fees are not separately inferred.
CSV exports every accounting row in the selected UTC period, regardless of the table filters or pagination. More exports contains Koinly, counterparty totals, work files, summary printing and annotation restoration. Fiat annotations retain the historical value and currency you supplied; they are not converted using current display rates. Evidence coverage reports the history retrieved from the selected public server, not a guarantee of full lifetime history.
Retrieve ledger evidence
Open Accounting, select the wallet and network, choose a UTC period and retrieve history. Continue older pages until the desired range is covered. Public servers may not retain full history; exhausted pagination does not prove a complete tax year.
Movement and fee rows are based on ledger metadata, not intended payment amounts. Ledger facts do not determine taxable income, profit, donation status or business purpose. Testnet records have no monetary value.
Add your own details
Every row begins unclassified and unreviewed, including fees and account operations. All annotation fields are optional: category, tax treatment, counterparty, reference, related transaction, project, tags, custom name/value attributes, note and fiat valuation evidence. Use your own category wording.
Save draft leaves the row unreviewed. Confirm my review records your confirmation time even if fields are blank. You remain responsible for the entered details. Editing and saving a draft resets confirmation; confirm again when ready. These annotations never alter the original ledger transaction.
Choose an export
| Export | Contents and limits |
|---|---|
| Detailed CSV | All selected-period rows, user fields, review status/times and history coverage |
| Koinly Universal CSV | Confirmed Mainnet movement and fee rows, exact asset changes, optional user-selected Koinly tags; custom fields in Description |
| Counterparty CSV | User-classified totals, not a tax-eligibility or income determination |
| Work file JSON | Annotations plus fetched ledger evidence for private recordkeeping and restore |
| Print / PDF | Human-readable asset flow summary, not a tax return |
Koinly import requirements
There is no single universal crypto-tax filing format. This export follows Koinly’s documented Universal CSV columns. We do not map custom categories to tax tags. Choose any Koinly tag yourself; standalone fee rows need an explicit cost/fee tag. Issued tokens need a verified Koinly asset identifier to avoid matching an unrelated ticker.
Koinly may infer transfers, trades and tax treatment after import. Reconcile there, especially escrow movements, multi-asset transactions and own-wallet transfers. Do not import both this CSV and the same wallet’s API history without checking for duplicates. The detailed CSV retains operation-only rows that the movement export omits.
Storage and responsibility
Private XRPFrontend annotations are saved to the verified wallet’s database records and can be edited from another device after wallet verification. Older browser annotations can be imported explicitly. Download updated work files after edits and keep them securely. Restoring a work file merges annotations only; retrieve ledger evidence independently. Exported files are not encrypted.
XRPFrontend does not calculate cost basis or taxable gains, supply valuation advice, file returns or verify user classifications. Optional blank values mean unknown, not zero. Seek qualified help for your jurisdiction when needed.
