Create and switch workspaces
Open Workspaces in the top navigation. Connect and verify the Mainnet wallet that will own the workspace.
Personal, Family and Business starter drafts are created once across the wallets verified together. Switching or adding a verified wallet does not create another set while an initialized workspace owner is verified. Existing untouched automatic duplicate drafts are combined conservatively, preserving their private wallet listings; customized, edited, public or username-linked workspaces are kept separate. Workspaces remain saved under their owner wallet, whose verified connection is required to retrieve or change them. Existing saved workspaces, including Vault, are preserved. Only Personal starts with the owner wallet. Removing a default keeps it removed; Add workspace can recreate it. These drafts are free, private and unnamed. Choose New workspace, set its name and type, and create it for free. In Settings → Username & receiving, link an existing registered username owned by one of your verified wallets at no extra charge, or register a new one. A username is optional for organizing wallets. A username identifies one workspace. Saving a draft does not request payment.
Use Add wallet on a workspace card, or Settings → Wallets → Add wallet. Paste an XRPL address, select a connected or saved wallet, or choose Connect new wallet to open the existing wallet connector. After connecting, return to the same workspace, review the address, network and label, then choose Add to workspace. Connecting alone does not add a listing. Wallet management lives in Settings → Wallets, with Edit, Move and Remove controls. Move transfers the listing to another workspace you own and resets it to private. Remove asks for confirmation and deletes only that listing. No funds or signing permissions move. Public watch addresses can be grouped privately; grouping an address does not prove ownership or grant signing access.
Select a workspace, or All workspaces for a combined view. Mainnet and Testnet balances remain separate. Combined balances count each address once per network.
Understand the overview
Set Workspace visibility to Public to show its name and type in username lookup. Wallet visibility controls which verified Mainnet wallets appear as receiving choices. A Private workspace hides all these wallet listings, even wallets marked Public. Balances are never published by these settings. The original registered username address remains public. Private workspaces and names not linked to a workspace retain that address for username payments. A public workspace offers only its explicitly public wallets; when none are enabled, username payments are unavailable rather than falling back to a different destination. Enter @username in Send, choose a receiving wallet, and review its full address and tag. The choice is checked again before signing; changed or hidden destinations require a new selection.
The combined balance appears above the workspace cards and estimates the fiat value of XRP and tokens with available prices across all loaded workspaces on the selected network. It follows the selected display currency. NFT valuations and unpriced assets are excluded. Unknown prices are not treated as zero, and incomplete balances are marked as partial. All workspaces is the default display and shows the combined balance. Open a workspace or choose it in Display to show only its assets and scoped fiat balance. Back to all workspaces restores the complete overview. Existing registered names, including legacy records, can be linked by their verified owners without a second purchase.
The portfolio chart uses historical ledger snapshots of the wallets currently in view and historical XRP-to-fiat exchange rates from XRPL.to. Ranges are 1D, 1W, 1M, 1Y and All; All starts at the earliest available wallet activation date. Every point samples past holdings and prices, rather than applying today’s holdings to old prices. Missing holdings, truncated snapshots or missing token prices create gaps. NFTs and XRP locked in escrows are excluded. Value change includes deposits and withdrawals; it is not an investment return. Each wallet is counted once. Groups use their current membership for the full requested history, not their past workspace membership. History loads in paced requests and depends on provider capacity and retention. No chart history is stored permanently by XRPFrontend.
Assets combines XRP and nonzero issued assets by their exact asset and issuer across the wallets in view. Search by name, symbol or issuer. Open an asset to see its per-wallet balances, open a specific wallet to send, or trade that exact issuer and currency. A combined asset balance cannot be spent as one wallet. Available XRP and account reserves are shown separately. Wallet address listings and public payment destinations are managed in Settings. Activity combines the latest 20 transactions per wallet and removes duplicates. Open orders lists current offers; Manage opens the existing order tool for that wallet. NFTs are loaded by wallet. The escrow timeline includes escrows owned by the grouped wallets. An eligibility date does not automatically release an escrow; EscrowFinish, conditions and expiry rules still apply.
Send and Receive open the only wallet in view, or ask you to choose one when several wallets are in view. No transaction is silently assigned to the first wallet. Each wallet still requires its own signing authorization.
Workspace usernames and public destinations
An XRPFrontend username now serves as a workspace identity and retains its public profile and original XRPL address. Existing username links, referrals and direct payment resolution remain compatible. Standard registration is 5 XRP plus the network fee, with the existing eligible affiliate share. A temporary coupon offer can waive registration: connect and verify your wallet, choose an available name, open Have a free username coupon, enter the code and claim. Coupon registration is saved directly to your verified wallet with no ledger transaction, XRP payment or network fee. One claim per public IP or IPv6 /64 network and verified wallet; shared networks share the limit. This temporary campaign is capped at 100 free usernames. A free claim creates no affiliate commission. Ending the promotion does not remove registered names.
Open Settings → Wallets to add, edit, move or remove a wallet listing. Wallets are added privately. Settings → Wallets manages organization; Settings → Username & receiving manages public wallet visibility. Receiving tag is an optional advanced field in wallet details, not a workspace ID. A tag applies only to payments to that specific address. It never creates a separate wallet, filters the workspace balance or partitions funds. Leave it blank unless the receiving address requires a particular tag. Wallets with the same address are still counted once regardless of tags. Wallet visibility is Private by default. Publishing requires a linked workspace username and current ownership verification of the Mainnet destination wallet. An optional destination tag is shown with the receiving choice, including tag zero. Testnet and unverified watch addresses cannot be published.
Workspace visibility is Private by default. Set it to Public to show the workspace name and type in username lookup and enable its individually public receiving wallets. Turning it Private hides both workspace metadata and all receiving wallet listings. Public profiles and @username payments offer a receiving wallet selector. Multiple choices require a selection; a single choice is shown automatically. The selected full address and destination tag are verified again before signing. If the workspace is Public and no wallets are public, username payments are unavailable here. For private workspaces or unlinked names, the original registered wallet remains the payment destination. PayString continues to resolve to the original registered address. Balances and private wallet lists are never published by workspace settings.
Private refers to the site listing only. XRPL addresses and on-chain activity remain public. Grouping or transferring a wallet between workspaces does not move funds or transfer a username.
Ownership, persistence and limits
Workspaces are saved in the service database under verified owner wallets and are available when those wallets are verified on another device. Sessions for other owners cannot read or modify them. The first release supports up to 12 workspaces per owner wallet and 16 addresses per workspace. Each new workspace username costs 5 XRP plus the network fee. The same verified wallet may own several workspace usernames. Existing usernames, including legacy records, retain their names and can be assigned to one workspace without another payment. Changing Personal to Business or another type does not charge again. From an unnamed draft, choose Register this workspace username to reserve and review a new 5 XRP payment; a validated receipt activates that specific workspace. Additional registrations preserve the existing eligible 50% affiliate share.
Deleting a workspace removes its private organization and public destination listings. Wallet funds, registered usernames, profile records and ledger history remain unchanged. Team invitations, delegated signing and shared administrator roles are not part of this release.
