Identify the escrow
You need the owner’s classic address and the Sequence of its original EscrowCreate transaction. Open the creation transaction from Recent activity or an explorer. Copy Sequence, not the transaction hash, ledger number, or a later account sequence.
Load escrow can populate available fields from a ledger object. If its sequence is not available, enter the original creation Sequence yourself. This interface does not infer it from an object ID.
Finish after release
Open Escrow → Finish with a signing wallet connected on the escrow’s network.
Enter Escrow owner address and Original EscrowCreate sequence.
For an existing conditional escrow, expand Existing conditional escrow and supply its exact condition and fulfillment as hexadecimal. XRPFrontend does not generate those secrets.
Review and approve the finish request. Wait for validation, then check the original recipient’s account.
Cancel after expiration
Confirm that the escrow has a CancelAfter value and the deadline has passed according to ledger time.
Open Escrow → Cancel. Enter the owner and original creation sequence.
Review and approve. Successful cancellation returns the escrowed XRP to the owner.
Refresh the account to confirm the escrow object is gone.
Eligibility is enforced by the ledger
Anyone can submit an eligible finish or cancellation, but cannot change who receives the funds. After the cancellation deadline, the escrow can no longer be finished. Small timing differences are possible because eligibility follows ledger close time.
XRPFrontend charges no service fee for these actions. The submitting account still needs XRP for its network fee. An escrow that does not have a cancellation deadline cannot be cancelled.
